WHAT YOU’LL DO

Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.

Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.

Assist with month-end inventories.

Receive, inventory, and organize equipment.

Ensure readiness and availability of all catering equipment for banquet functions.

Receive, stock, and rotate food and beverage items.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and special events on and off the property.

Ensure cleanliness of shelves and storage spaces for food and beverage products.

Create and maintain a positive work environment.

Transport, delivery and retrieve food and beverage products and equipment by hand, via transport carts or mid-size catering trucks throughout MCR premises and to/from local off property location.

Promote positive team member relations and report issues to appropriate personnel.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Valid WA Driver’s License.

Minimum of 1 (one) year stocking, inventory control and receiving experience preferred.

Forklifts and pallet jacks experience preferred.

Valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.

HOW YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL

Knowledge of MSDS and the chemicals used in the department.

Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.

Skilled in both written and verbal.

Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Ability to maintain a well-groomed presence, professional attitude and demonstrate ability to follow specific instructions.

Ability to interact with diverse individuals and function as a member of the team.

Ability to successfully complete work in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to manage stress under pressure.

Ability to recognize smells, fumes, and odors.

Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, guest service, team member relations, time management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage working on multiple tasks at the same time with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Ability to utilize portable radio or cell phone to stay in constant contact with the department.
