Job Title and Type
Cemetery Groundskeeper – Full‑time
Key Responsibilities
Perform all landscape maintenance duties such as weed‑whacking, lawn mowing, and general upkeep. Maintain and service equipment. Execute operating tasks related to funeral services. Operate machinery safely. Assist in installing cemetery vaults, headstones, and memorials. Handle day‑to‑day general maintenance duties. Remove snow when applicable. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Grounds Superintendent.

Qualifications & Experience
High School equivalency required. At least 2 years of maintenance or related field experience. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery. Skill in reading and following supervisory directives. Strong organisational skills with capacity to multitask amid interruptions. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Valid state driver’s license. Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
