Drive company vehicle Set up/take down and properly operate water mitigation and/or mold remediation equipment Demo job sites when needed (cutting drywall, carpeting, padding, wood floors, etc.) Must be able to lift 50 lbs General cleaning Accurately complete all necessary paperwork or online documentation (e.g., moisture mapping, temperature and humidity readings) Contents pack out and storage Clean fire-damaged property Perform emergency services after hours Board up damaged property Requirements
Must have a professional appearance and good attitude Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Some construction knowledge helpful; ability to use hand tools/power tools Excellent attention to detail Punctual and reliable Additional information
