Job Functions
Ensuring the outlet has requisite amounts of pastries, “Grab ‘N’ Go” items, hot food, serving supplies or other required items to properly serve our guests.
Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the outlet and stations.
Fill all coolers in the outlet and storage areas as orders come in.
Fill all ice bins prior to opening and during the shift.
Fill, stock garnishes based on daily expectations of business levels.
Fill, stock, and maintain cleanliness of coffee condiment counter to include PCs and dairy products.
Flush/fill coffee machines.
Keep counter tops, dining tables and work areas clean and functioning.
Work all shifts including overnights.
Assist in the preparation of drink orders as required.
Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
Ensure all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Maintain floors and trash in baristas line and customer areas.
Remain up to date on all departmental policies and procedures.
Comply with all departmental rules, side‑work assignments, and procedures.
Perform all other duties specified or assigned.
Job Requirements
Prior F&B experience preferred.
Can lift at least twenty (30) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, garnishments, money, etc.).
Can stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interface with guests and team members.
Attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training; adhere to cut‑off procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Successfully complete pre‑employment process and maintain all licensing requirements.
Work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
