Rivers Casino Des Plaines Walk-in interview on Wednesday from 12 PM – 2 PM. Every Wednesday, 2500 E. Devon Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018. Free parking and a free shuttle from the Rosemont Blue Line Station. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Providing guests with chip service from the cage. Assisting guests with seating. Assisting Poker Dealers and Poker Room Supervisors in starting, combining, breaking, and managing Poker games. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory controls, both internal and external, including state and federal laws and IGB regulations. Maintaining high levels of productivity. Keeping work areas clean, collecting chip trays, and returning them to designated areas. Performing all other duties as assigned. Executing duties related to the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self‑Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines IGS. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must be 21 years of age or older. Excellent customer relations and communication skills. Team‑player attitude and ability to work well with co‑workers. Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. Physical and Mental Demands
Required to stand for extended periods of time; see, walk, talk, and hear. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Identifying colors. Meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Working with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Lifting a minimum of 25 lbs. Perks that Work
