Join Midas Hospitality to oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the Vib hotel located in Tempe, AZ.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, coach and counsel employees.
Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline and termination.
Follow brand standards and programs while managing operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and federal, state and local laws.
Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff.
Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.
Qualifications
At least two years experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
Two years hotel experience.
