Job Summary The Truck Driver is responsible for hauling materials and equipment to and from job sites. Drivers may also be tasked with assisting the crews by offloading materials at various locations within a work site to increase job efficiency. This position supports the Line team and works with personnel within various departments.

Responsibilities

Haul equipment and materials to and from the job site as well as from pole to pole safely.

Prepare necessary materials for Linemen and assist in the training of new truck drivers.

Perform all groundwork and prepare safe work zones with the use of signs, cones, etc.

Qualifications Minimum

High school diploma or equivalent.

CDL Class A license.

Clean driving record.

Preferred

2 or more years of relevant driving experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment This job operates in a field environment. This role routinely requires extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, and twisting. Working in inclement weather conditions such as extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Precise hand-eye coordination and ability to identify and distinguish colors.
