Responsibilities
Cook and prepare food according to approved menus.
Direct activities of those who assist in preparing and serving meals.
Take inventory of supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, cost parameters, and appropriate regulatory requirements.
Requirements
One-year experience as a cook.
Knowledge of standard practice, procedures and equipment required in the food industry.
Crisis Prevention and CPR certifications (offered on site)
Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
Preferred
High school or GED equivalent
Cooking experience in a healthcare or restaurant setting
Knowledge of state health codes.
ServSafe certification
