PTO & Paid Holidays - PTO accrual starting from day one of employment - 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked for the first year, 1.63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for years 2-9, and 2.39 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for 10 or more years of service.
PAY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Inspect vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice
Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipts
Part new vehicles in assigned areas
Catalogs and stores keys
Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order
Delivers sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
Wash vehicles exterior using all the proper cleaning solution and equipment
Vacuum interior of vehicle to remove all dirt and debris, while carefully not disturbing customers personal items
Park clean cars in designated area for delivery
Maintain dealership presence- cleaning up around the lot, look for garbage, etc.
Prep new vehicles for PDI to be performed
Gas up sold vehicles, trade's etc.
