Receptionist

who brings a personable, approachable, and professional communication style with a demonstrated track record of success in their previous positions. Our receptionists hold a critical role for our business as the first point of contact for our guests and callers. Responsibilities Essential Job Duties

Greet showroom customers when they arrive

Direct walk‑in customers to the appropriate person or department

Deliver time‑sensitive messages to the appropriate person or department

listens to and communicates effectively with customers, vendors, suppliers, coworkers, and management

Determine the reason for the phone call or visit to the dealership

Introduce customers to a salesperson or service advisor, as needed

Notify appropriate service and sales staff when there are customers waiting

Answer incoming phone calls for the dealership or body shop

Transfer phone calls to the correct department

Return missed calls and check voicemails frequently throughout shift

Order and maintain adequate office supplies

Promptly execute assigned administrative duties, as requested

Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and tone of voice

Perform other duties as assigned to support the dealership and body shop.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Communicate in a personable, professional, and efficient manner

Ability to listen, accurately interpret, and understand vendor, supplier, customer, and employee needs

Ability to prioritize and quickly execute time‑sensitive tasks

Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Knowledge of day‑to‑day dealership operations to effectively balance business priorities and customer needs

Ability to multi‑task and remain organized in a fast‑paced environment

Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate phones, tablets, computers, and various software systems

Qualifications

1 year of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or other customer‑facing role

1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, office management role

1 year of experience in the automotive industry

Other Requirements

Regular attendance is required.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
