Heathwood , manufacture a wide range of quality aluminium, stainless and mild steel products for the electrical control industry for supply across
Australia and New Zealand .
They are currently looking for Powder Coater / Paint Line Technicians for day and afternoon shifts.
Potential to go Full Time
Day shift – Mon‑Fri – 6.00am – 2.30pm
Afternoon Shift – Mon – Fri – 2.30pm to 11.00pm
$35 – $38 / hr
Powder Coat / Paint Line
Treating products and components
Hanging product on paint line to be powder coated
Manually powder coating products in spray booth
Removing product off paint line to be wrapped and dispatched
Other skills and abilities required include:
Keen interest and ability to work with tools, including an eye for detail and pride in producing quality products;
Physically capable to lift, carry and move products, and stand for long periods of time. Ability to complete repetitive tasks, and reach, bend and twist;
Team player with good communication skills, willing to work across different work groups, either independently or as part of a team;
Strong work ethic, reliable, on‑time and available to work scheduled hours;
Current Forklift licence (LF) – (preferred but not essential)
Understand the importance of workplace health and safety and follow company policies and procedures.
