Responsibilities:
Receive inbound service calls
Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
Develop pipeline of service opportunityleads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Customer Satisfaction follow up calls
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Missed appointment follow up
Declined services follow up
Any additional duties assigned by manager
Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Honda manufacture recalls
Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
Outstanding Customer Service
Qualifications:
Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
Superior communication and customer service skills
Solid working knowledge of the Internet
Maintaining a positive, can‑do attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
The pay for this position is $16.20 - $18.00/hr. based on experience.
