We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Landscape and Irrigation Foremen to lead crews in the installation and maintenance of commercial landscape and irrigation projects. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within a respected company that prioritizes employee well-being and professional development.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a crew of 3 to 8 team members on commercial landscape and irrigation projects
Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety on all job sites
Model ethical behavior and uphold company values and standards
Track crew time and attendance accurately
Attend weekly foremen meetings to review project progress, equipment needs, and job tracking
Complete daily progress reports and communicate updates to supervisors
Manage jobsite materials inventory and labor budgets
Create as-built plans as required
Ensure efficient and high-quality production using best management practices
Notify supervisors of equipment and material needs in a timely manner
Provide necessary tools, equipment, and materials to crew members
Ensure compliance with all company policies, including equipment care and safety programs
Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely field communication
Foster a positive, fun, and safe work environment for all employees
Qualifications
Valid Colorado driver’s license
At least 5 years of commercial landscape or irrigation experience
Experience and knowledge of commercial irrigation systems, including 2-wire systems
Ability to read and interpret scaled landscaping and irrigation blueprints
Previous leadership experience in a similar role
Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Professional appearance and effective written and verbal communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Positive attitude and commitment to team success
Compensation $21.00 – $28.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, hourly position.
