Specialized Literacy Paraprofessional ! We’re looking for a morning-block interventionist for the '25-'26 school year who is ready to bridge the gap between reading challenges and student success. Small hours, massive impact! Position Overview

Provide direct instructional support to two middle school students during the specialized morning block (8:15 AM - 10:15 AM), following pre-designed, intensive reading intervention plans. Implement specialized literacy techniques, utilizing knowledge or certification in the Orton‑Gillingham (OG) approach or methods from a Reading Specialist to assist students with dyslexia and reading goals. Assist the Special Education Teacher by collecting daily academic and behavioral data, managing instructional materials, and reinforcing a structured classroom environment. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment Orton‑Gillingham (OG) Certification/Training or Reading Specialist Certification Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?

Top Compensation: Earn up to $23.50 - $29.70 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Paraprofessional, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
