As a Crew Chief, you’ll respond to water, fire, and mold losses, take pride in your work, and help restore homes and businesses after disaster strikes.
What You’ll Do
Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs to industry standards
Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
Maintain a clean, stocked truck and company equipment
Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
Support and lead other technicians when needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours
Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry
Experience with Mitigate a plus (not required)
