As a
Mitigation Technician at Paul Davis , you’ll be on the front lines helping property owners recover after disaster strikes. Whether it’s flood, fire, storm, or mold damage—you’ll bring structure to the chaos and confidence to our customers. This is hands‑on, purpose‑driven work that matters. You will: Respond quickly to help home and business owners after property damage Mitigate water, fire, mold, and storm damage using professional tools and techniques Work alongside a supportive team of technicians, supervisors, and managers Communicate with customers and represent our brand with empathy and professionalism Document damage, follow job scopes, and use mobile tools to report progress Take pride in doing the job right—and safely—every time Why Join Paul Davis?

We’re seeking
seasoned mitigation professionals
who bring skill, integrity, and compassion to every job. Required:
High character with a track record of reliability and teamwork Strong work ethic and flexibility to work irregular hours when needed (including weekends) Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols Attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication skills, professionalism, and empathy with customers Ability to legally work in the U.S. High school diploma or equivalent Preferred:
2–4 years of relevant experience (restoration, construction, demolition, facilities, etc.) IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold) are a big plus Technically comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and job‑related software Willingness to train others or grow into leadership roles New to the industry?

Highly competitive hourly pay , based on experience Weekly paychecks Overtime opportunities
available regularly Full benefits after 90 days , including:
