Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
Answers incoming phone calls and greets facility visitors
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Other related duties as assigned by the Administrator
Who You Are
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of job related experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you!)
Motivated and organized team-player
