We are seeking a friendly and dependable part‑time receptionist to support our evening and weekend front desk operations at a healthcare and rehabilitation facility in
Florissant, MO . This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part‑time hours with a set schedule.
Schedule
Tuesday‑Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Every Monday: Off
Every other Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
30‑minute lunch break
Responsibilities
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk
Assist with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Support business office needs as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
