Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and generate new leads through creative outreach and networking
Initiate contact with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
Present and promote a wide portfolio of Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business policies
Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing effective sales strategiesStay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations
Accurately manage client information and sales activities using agency tools and resources
