How you’ll make an impact:
Manage administrative tasks, including phone screening, filing, and drafting correspondence. Create presentations, correspondence, and perform data entry using various software tools. Coordinate domestic and international travel in line with company policies. Support ongoing projects and prepare materials for meetings. Assist with planning and execution of meetings and events as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership. What you’ll need (Required):

Manage data entry and maintain accurate records. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills across global teams and multiple time zones. Coordinate domestic and international travel in compliance with company policies. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and critical thinking skills. Assist with meeting and event planning, support administrative projects and tasks. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders; anticipate needs and adapt to leadership styles. Support company trainings, including third-party technical sessions. Partner effectively with global, diverse, and technical teams. Proficient in systems such as Outlook, Teams, Concur, and ERP platforms. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control. For California (CA) the base pay range for this position is $57,000 to $78,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
