What You’ll Be Doing
Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
Assist with material handling, loading, and stockpile management
Monitor production quality and report issues promptly
Support team operations by following all safety and environmental guidelines
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Capability to operate and maintain heavy equipment
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasksEffective communication and teamwork skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$20.50 to $21.50 per hour
