What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily aggregate production activities
Operate and oversee aggregate processing equipment
Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
Train and guide team members on operational best practices
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team to meet production goals
What Are We Looking For
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment safely
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance
Effective communication and adaptability in a fast‑paced setting
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
