Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to work with elementary students in Grand Forks, BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 6 hours per week .
Starting: January 5, 2026
Qualifications:
Candidates need to have good interpersonal, communication and organization skills and work independently.
The candidate needs to be able to be kind, firm and set reasonable boundaries and stick to them.
Preferences given to candidates with computer skills (Brightspace or willing to learn), Special Education or Tutoring experience.
Experience working with children shall be considered an asset.
Must reside in Grand Forks, BC area or within a one-hour driving distance
Ideal for: College students, youth group leaders, Sunday School Teachers.
