As a Residential Mentor, you willprovide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to Endeavor Living Participant in their home, to provide for household management and to complete required documentation of services.
Essential Job responsibilities:
Provides support to participants
Assist during meal times
Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes
Monitor medication and complete required documentation
Provides safe transportation of participants
Plan and supervise outings and recreational activities

Qualifications include:
Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position.
High School diploma or GED
Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
