Job Description Join Our Team as a Bilingual Office Assistant!

About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant for a

part-time position . This mid-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain formal work experience. You’ll start by supporting general office operations and administrative tasks, with opportunities to assist in internal projects and events.

Responsibilities Office Administration:

Greet clients and visitors at our Marietta office (189 Cobb Pkwy)

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Deposit checks and send receipts to accounting

Transfer calls, texts, and emails to appropriate team members

Maintain and update office inventory monthly

Department Support:

Translate for Spanish-speaking clients

Update databases and client records

Prepare care packages for clients and providers

Assist with new hire swag and equipment setup

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Based in Greater Atlanta, GA, with a flexible schedule

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods

Available to work occasional evenings and weekends, with flexibility for last-minute events

Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Legal background or studies are a plus
