Responsibilities
Drafting complaints and initial discovery responses.
Forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process.
Calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence.
Drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses.
Calendaring litigation timelines.
Conducting status update calls with clients.
Client update calls.
Sending out and following up on non‑party discovery requests.
Assisting in trial preparation.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury.
Experience drafting complaints, discovery responses, and motions.
Strong organizational and calendaring skills.
Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
Fast typing skills and proficiency with digital tools.
Self‑starter with an outgoing, energetic personality.
Personal injury law experience is required; new applicants with no personal injury background should not apply.
