Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Powersports Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side‑by‑side. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on powersports vehicles
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled service
Repair engines, drivetrains, suspension, braking, and electrical systems
Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, and electronic control systems
Install and adjust accessories and aftermarket components as needed
Test and verify repairs to ensure quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
Required Experience and Qualifications
Prior experience as a Powersports Technician, Motorcycle Technician, or similar role
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, and/or side‑by‑side
Ability to read service manuals and wiring diagrams
Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Dealership or high‑volume service environment experience
Manufacturer training or certifications
Experience with performance upgrades or accessories
