Toddler Guide
The Children's Tree Montessori School in Old Saybrook, CT, is seeking an Infant/Toddler credentialed Montessori guide to join our amazing team of teachers and wonderful school community. We will consider a certification sponsorship for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have Montessori training from a MACTE accredited training center, experience working in a Montessori Infant/Toddler classroom or with ages 0-3, a love for Montessori education and a respect for all children. Qualifications
Montessori credentials in Infant/Toddler A minimum of 3 years experience in a Montessori Classroom Ability to communicate and collaborate with a team, staff, and administration Strong classroom management skills Passion for working with children and families Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all children, families, faculty, and the school Benefits
