MACTE‑accredited
0–3 Montessori Certification ; 3+ years experience Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships Compensation:

Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom materials Maintain an organized, engaging Montessori environment Observe, document, and track children’s development Communicate regularly with parents; hold conferences as needed Support children’s transitions and social‑emotional growth Participate in school events, meetings, and community activities Supervise assistants, substitutes, and volunteers Ensure safety and well‑being at all times
