Corporate Security Receptionist – Day Shift (Project Management)
Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is a rapidly growing company currently hiring an Unarmed Security Officer. We have a state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure and are looking for a strong Security Officer to work in a retail environment. We are a national security service provider licensed in 47 states.

On the Job – Receptionist Responsibilities
Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors and guests.
Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining secure logs.
Monitoring a CCTV system.
Handling incoming calls and emails.
Lobby detail, ensuring egress corridors are accessible.
Check‑In authorized personnel onsite.

To Succeed at Metro One
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
Astute observation and detailed note‑taking/reporting.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Active California Guard Card.
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service/security position.
Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years.
Background screening required.
Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
