Unarmed Security Officer (Security)
Urgently hiring an Unarmed Security Receptionist in San Jose, CA. The following shift is available:
Shift Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is a rapidly growing company currently hiring an Unarmed Security Officer. We have a state‑of‑the‑art infrastructure and we’re looking for a strong Security Officer to work in a retail environment. We are a national security service provider licensed in 47 states. Responsibilities
Use exceptional observation and decision‑making skills to protect the security of an establishment by monitoring visitor activity and watching for suspicious behavior.
Understand office technology and office software, and assist with emergency situations.
Monitor access control and challenge those without proper identification.
Maintain the visitor management system, checking visitors and guests.
Issue badges and access cards and maintain secure logs.
Monitor a CCTV system.
Handle incoming calls and emails.
Provide lobby detail, ensuring egress corridors are accessible.
Check in authorized personnel onsite.
Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Word to support operations.
