The Success Coachprovides individual academic and personal support to an assigned group of community college students as they progress through the program. Modeled on the highly successful CUNY Accelerated Study in Associate Programs (ASAP), ASAP THRIVE (Targeted Help, Resources, Inclusion, Vision and Engagement) is a comprehensive college completion approach designed to improve graduation rates by addressing the financial, academic, and personal challenges that impact student success.
