Description Boys Basketball Middle School Coach
– Spectrum High School Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to assist in leading, managing, and mentoring our Boys’ Basketball program as the Middle School Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student‑athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our boys’ basketball program.
Key Responsibilities
Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics
Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team
Develop positive motivation in the team
Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth
Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches
Communicate effectively with student‑athletes and parents
Develop positive team dynamic and interactions
Qualifications
Strong basketballknowledge and understanding of the game
Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
Salary:
$1,350
