We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Driver to join our team in Kathleen, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating trash trucks to collect residential waste efficiently and safely. This role requires a professional driver with a strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Operate trash trucks to collect residential waste along assigned routes. Ensure safe and timely collection of trash while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and any incidents. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Provide courteous and professional service to residents. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDL driver, preferably with trash truck driving experience. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy vehicles. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with waste collection. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
