Pay Type:

Hourly/ paid Weekly

Hourly pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per year based on experience

Schedule:

1st shift: Sat: 7am-3:30pm, Sun: 8-Finish (10hrs max)(remote), Mon: 10am-6:30pm

Extra hourly as needed

Under general supervision, the

Part-time Dispatcher

(Operations Coordinator II) performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions

Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones

Additional Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required

Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required
