The Lead Cook is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. The Lead Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen. Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Train and supervise kitchen staff. Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies. Create and modify menus as needed. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Assist with special events and catering as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Lead Cook or similar role Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
