Fan Assembly Technician (Entry to Mid-Level)

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do Read and interpret assembly guides and technical instructions Assemble fan components—housings, blades, shafts, bearings—using hand tools and power tools Electrical Wiring of VFD's, Contactors, Sensors, Spark Ignitors, etc. Gas plumbing for distribution piping and gas valves. Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, ensuring tight tolerances and functionality Perform in-process quality checks and document findings Troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborating with supervisors to find solutions Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
What We’re Looking For Required:
High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or assembly experience (fan assembly, HVAC, Gas Plumbing, motor assembly a plus) Proficient with hand and power tools Ability to interpret basic technical drawings Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Team player with good communication skills Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Preferred Skills:
HVAC or electric motor experience Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting Vocational training or certifications in related fields
