Healthcare Provider Contracts Manager Needed!
Full-time Under the direction of the Director of Provider Services/Program Development, this position is responsible for managing the contracting function within the Provider Services Department, including negotiation, maintenance, and tracking of provider contracts. The Provider Contracts Manager works collaboratively with company staff and other agencies involved in the contract development and approval processes, including the Director of Legal Affairs and the Chief Financial Officer. Requirements: Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills Excellent analytical and research skills Ability to multi-task and respond under pressure Superb interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and planning skills Flexibility and ability to manage change Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Medi-Cal managed care and physician and hospital contracting Additional Qualifications: Healthcare Administration Experience Six years supervisory and management experience Proven track record in the managed healthcare field If you believe you meet these requirements, please respond to this posting with your contact information and your resume in Word format.
