General Job Description
We’re looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join our electrical team as a Helper. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade, gain field experience, and grow your career.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in house rough‑in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire.
Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches.
Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew.
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment.
Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman.
Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management.
Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards.
Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members.

Minimum Years of Experience
0–2
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code.
Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred).
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Bi‑lingual skills are a plus.

Willingness to learn and work under a leadman out in the field.
Prior work experience; the more electrical experience, the better.
Great attitude and readiness to take direction.
