General Job Description
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our electrical crew as a helper/leadman assistant. No prior experience is needed—we’ll train you! A license is not required to start, and if hired, we will help you apply for an apprentice license.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in house rough‑in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew
Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager
Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management
Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards
Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members
Minimum Education: None
Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2
Qualifications & Skills
Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code
Ability to read and understand blueprints (preferred)
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Bi‑lingual skills are a plus
Starting Pay:
$12–$14 per hour
