Key Responsibilities
Professionally manage incoming phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
Maintain a positive and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Skills & Experience:
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous receptionist or front‑desk experience preferred
