2nd shift M-F 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Warehouse Associate, you'll make an impact by:

Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation

Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor and reconciling product pull sheets with production

Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA check in inspections and discrepancy reporting

Managing production overrun product on a daily basis

Managing upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse

Stocking small pack area shelves

Assisting with inbound and outbound UPS/FedEx shipments

Assisting with monthly cycle counts

What you need to succeed:

High school diploma, or equivalent

One year experience in warehouse or manufacturing, preferred

Ability to certify and operate a forklift and other equipment needed to move material

Ability to work with hay and hay-based products

Ability to lift 65 pounds, stoop, kneel, twist, bend and stand for extended periods

Ability to work in extreme heat and/or cold conditions as weather dictates

Ability to work with hay and hay-based products

Flexible schedule‑some weekend hours

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodology

To better ensure the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
