Due to an unexpected opening, we are immediately seeking an outstanding, experienced Lead Primary Teacher (ages 3–5) to join our team for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year, with strong potential for a long-term role.
Who We Need
A passionate, creative educator with experience with children ages 3–5
Proven skill in designing and delivering engaging, hands‑on lessons that spark curiosity and foster independence
A warm, collaborative professional who excels at building strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
Someone energized by a multilingual, multicultural environment and committed to social‑emotional as well as academic growth
Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead dynamic, child‑centered daily lessons and projects
Create and maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically beautiful classroom that inspires exploration and wonder
Track and document each child’s progress; conduct parent conferences and write thoughtful progress reports
Mentor and guide assistant teachers, fostering a cohesive and supportive team
Communicate proactively and warmly with families through newsletters, conferences, and daily updates
Partner with parents to help them understand and support their child’s developmental journey
