Due to an unexpected opening, we are immediately seeking an outstanding, experienced Lead Primary Teacher (ages 3-5) to join our team for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year, with strong potential for a long-term role.
Who We Need
* A passionate, creative educator with experience with children ages 3-5
* Proven skill in designing and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that spark curiosity and foster independence
* A warm, collaborative professional who excels at building strong partnerships with children, families, and colleagues
* Someone energized by a multilingual, multicultural environment and committed to social-emotional as well as academic growth
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and lead dynamic, child-centered daily lessons and projects
* Create and maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically beautiful classroom that inspires exploration and wonder
* Track and document each child's progress; conduct parent conferences and write thoughtful progress reports
* Mentor and guide assistant teachers, fostering a cohesive and supportive team
* Communicate proactively and warmly with families through newsletters, conferences, and daily updates
* Partner with parents to help them understand and support their child's developmental journey
