Position Position: Server (Full Time)
Location Kansas City, Missouri
Compensation Starting wage: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
Shift Schedule Tuesday – Saturday 6:30 am – 2:30 pm
Working Address 14001 Madison Ave., Kansas City, Missouri 64145
Responsibilities
Be a Host with the Most: greet residents, make them feel welcome, stay present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment for residents to connect.
Be a Peppy Prepper: prep tables for service, prepare salads, roll silverware – ensure successful meal service by being prepared.
Be a Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean and proud community.
Requirements
Minimum age of 16 years.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at 8th‑grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude; love our residents.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Capable of assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and helping after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
