Position Server
– Part‑time
Location Blue Springs, Missouri
Pay $15.00–$17.00 per hour (starting wage)
Shift Schedule Friday/Saturday 7 am – 1:30 pm
Responsibilities
Act as a Host with the Most: greet residents, welcome them, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Peppy Prepper: prepare tables, salads, roll silverware and support successful meal service by being prepared.
Titan of Tidiness: buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean and proud community.
Qualifications
At least 16 years old.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
Active: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assistance after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
