Great opportunity for a chief stewardess on a new build 50m private motor yacht.
Chief Stewardess Role Start date: January 2026. The yacht is currently in a shipyard in Turkey and will be based in Italy after completion. The position is a single season role within a 3‑person interior department. The candidate will work with the owners' private chef when required.
Manage all areas of the interior department.
Coordinate with the private chef.
Participate in a 3‑month trial period, working 2‑4 weeks at the owners' winter villa to build rapport with the owner and family.
Experience with new‑build or refit periods is a big plus.
Permanent position with incentive for post‑year courses. Study time will be scheduled during work hours, not holiday. Great team and Captain to support the role.
Contract & Compensation
Contract: Permanent
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Salary: DOE
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, Food and Hygiene Level 2
Itinerary: Mediterranean (summer) / Tuscany (winter)
