Bluewater Yachting
Chef Position – Private 57m Motor Yacht
We are currently seeking a Chef for a private 57m motor yacht. The position is permanent, starting February, with an initial period based at the owner’s villa in Switzerland before joining the yacht for the season.
Responsibilities
Prepare light, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine for 14 crew members and up to 10 guests.
Provide simple food for children and cater to guests with specific dietary requirements.
Develop and present an excellent portfolio of menus.
Collaborate with the crew and stewardess (open to couples).
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years in yachting and fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
STCW certification, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2.
3 years+ overall experience in the culinary field.
Compensation & Conditions
Salary: DOE (to be discussed with owners).
Contract: Permanent.
Itinerary: Mediterranean; owners use the vessel for approximately 3 months of the year during the summer season.
Open to couples; also looking for a stewardess.
