Pay & Compensation
Training Pay:
$650 per week for 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade:
$1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay:
$0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (experience based)
Stop Pay:
$15 per stop once solo
Pay Schedule:
Weekly direct deposit
Most trainees upgrade to solo quickly after meeting training requirements.

Valid
CDL‑A license
(recent graduates encouraged)
Willing to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within
200 miles of Las Vegas, NV
Safety‑focused, dependable, and professional
