Pay & Compensation
Training Pay:
$650 per week for the first 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade:
$1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay:
$0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (based on experience)
Stop Pay:
$15 per stop once upgraded
Pay Frequency:
Weekly direct deposit
Most drivers upgrade to solo quickly once training requirements are completed.

No‑touch dry van freight
Mix of
drop & hook
and live load/unload
Nationwide freight lanes

12–14 days out with a 34‑hour home reset

48‑state OTR after training

Willingness to run OTR for two consecutive weeks
Must live within
200 miles of Salt Lake City, UT
